At Ktura, we take pride in delivering luxury fashion with the same level of care, precision, and elegance that goes into our designs. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items:
    Some Ktura pieces are handcrafted or produced in small batches. These items may require 5–10 business daysbefore shipping. Estimated timelines will appear on the product page.

  • Order Confirmation:
    You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.

  • Order Changes:
    Once an order is submitted, changes are limited. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@ktura.com.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Ktura offers several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen service.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Express Shipping (2–3 business days)

  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
    Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available to most regions.

  • Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.

  • International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes, which vary by country.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers including:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • DHL (for international orders)

Carrier selection is based on service availability and your location.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

5. Shipping Address Requirements

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address to avoid delays.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for express or overnight shipments.

  • Ktura is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Ktura is not liable for lost or stolen items.

  • For damaged shipments, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at info@ktura.com.

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and provide a resolution based on your order.

7. Shipping Delays

  • Severe weather, high order volumes, carrier issues, customs delays, and holidays may impact shipping times.

  • Ktura is not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will provide support where possible.

8. Pre-Order & Custom Garments

  • Pre-order or custom pieces include an estimated production timeline on the product page.

  • These items ship once production is complete.

  • Shipping times apply after the product has been finished.

9. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, part of your order may ship separately depending on availability, production times, or warehouse locations. You will receive tracking for each shipment.

10. Signature Requirement

For high-value orders, Ktura may require a signature upon delivery to protect the security of your purchase.
