At Ktura, we take great pride in the craftsmanship, quality, and detail of every garment we create. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help ensure a smooth and elegant return experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.

  • All original tags, labels, and protective packaging must be attached.

  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant marks, perfume scents, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

  • Items offered as Final Sale or marked Non-Returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.

    2. Return Process

    1. Submit a return request by contacting our customer care team at info@ktura.com.

    2. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

    3. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.

    4. Ship your item back within 3 days of return approval.

    Please note:
    Ktura does not currently provide prepaid return labels. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

    3. Exchanges

    We gladly offer exchanges for:

    • A different size

    • A different color

    • The same item if the delivered product was defective or incorrect

    To request an exchange, email info@ktura.com and follow the return approval process.
    Exchanges are processed once returned items are received and inspected.

    4. Refunds

    Once your return is delivered and inspected:

    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

    • Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

    • Refunds will exclude original shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.

    If an item does not meet our return requirements, the return may be denied and the item will be shipped back to you.

    5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect order:

    • Email info@ktura.com within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

    We will prioritize correcting the order at no additional cost.

    6. Special Items & Made-to-Order Pieces

    • Custom, made-to-order, couture, or altered garments are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

    • Limited-release or exclusive items may follow additional restrictions noted on the product page.

    7. International Returns

    International customers may return eligible items, but:

    • All duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    8. Holiday Return Window (Optional – can be removed)

    During special holiday periods, Ktura may extend the return window. Any extended periods will be noted at checkout and on product pages.
